Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If transportation services have not yet begun, cancellation requests may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Once transportation services have been completed, payments are generally non-refundable.

Any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
